Recently upgraded my 2023 MINI to a 2025 MINI, really enjoyed the shopping experience with Belen and the rest of the team at MINI of Stevens Creek. Belen was very friendly and patient with me, and she is also very knowledgeable of the new… features of the car and walked through the learning experience of why I should upgrade to a newer model because of the improved safety features. Very impressed and enjoyed it.

by minilover3 on 11/14/2015We purchased a new 4 dr Mini in June with a BMW Extended Warrantee 2 wks later, it was totaled when a landscape company t-boned it. Car was great and we lived w/concussions but no major physical injuries. We realized we could get the BMW… Warrantee cost reimbursed since it was totaled--so we went to the dealership at the beginning of Aug and filed the paperwork w/Finance Dept. They said it would take 2 months. We called BMW Warrantee and they told us they had sent the Dealership a check on 9/21/15. We called the Dealership beginning of Oct--but they don't have voicemail so we left a message for Finance Dept. No return call. We called again and eventually got a call back that the money was in Texas and hadn't been sent to them yet. We called two weeks later, left messages to the point the receptionist remembered us--no call backs. We left a message for the General Manager no call backs. We then called BMW and a great Manager personally took us on and contacted the dealership over 3 weeks ago asking them to expedite our check. No check. We called BMW again last week (11/6), she again called the Dealership and as of today (11/13 no response). We were first time buyers from this Dealership and loved our Mini--but if this is how they treat their customers--who will need to buy a new car once all the insurance is taken care of, they obviously are not interested in return business. Consider this if you are thinking of buying from them--once you drive off the lot, they don't seem to be too interested in you being a good reference!Top Notch Experience and Great Customer Service

His knowledge of the cars was extensive, and he gave us plenty of room to consider the models at our… own pace. When we decided on a particular model, the whole process of trading in our vehicle and getting through all the pricing and paperwork was very smooth and hassle-free. The price itself was exactly what I was looking for and we drove away as very happy customers. Felt very comfortable dealing with sales staff, and felt that I, as a person, was more important than the… sale. Any possible questions I had were answered in detail, and even post sale, should I have any queries, I am given the option to contact my sales person directly at any time. We met Tony on the lot, got a tour of what fit our criteria (or close to it) and went for a test drive, all pretty standard fare. Where Tony went above… and beyond was in our request to find a certain vehicle, in a certain color at a certain price point. He proceeded within 24hrs to return to us with relatively close results given the tight parameters. This service, combined with his relaxed yet informative resulted in us purchasing a vehicle on the lot that met all but one of our requirements (color) the very next day. We have been in contact with him for various additional items and he continues to shine post sale, providing us with excellent customer service. He texted me more detailed photos, before I decided to drive down… and see it. The truth is I couldn't even haggle in good conscious over the price as it was a very fair price, even for a private party sale. Good and honest people to buy from.My New Mini!

by antares1 on 12/20/2014I brought in my 2011 MC Clubman because the check engine indicator was ON and the radiator fan continued to run even after shutting down the engine. It did not matter if drove 100 miles or 1 mile or even just firing the engine and shutting… it down, the fan will run for about 5 minutes (even in cold weather). Anyway, I brought it in and Jose (Pepe) Cortez helped me. He mentioned that a few TSBs and recalls are required to be performed on my car and they will take care of those for free and that they will provide a loaner. Up to this point, the service I experienced would be routine or ordinary in comparision to any dealerships but what sets MINI of Stevens Creek apart was how extra responsive they were. Patricia worked with me on the phone to ensure I had an apptointment that was OK with my timeframe anf that I had a loaner. Pepe also updated me twice with detailed information as to what was performed on my car. He was not rushing or shortcutting his explanations. Now the best part, after I picked up my car, drove to work and drive back home, my car registered an engine malfunction fault. Obviously, this worried me. The dealership was closed but I emailed Pepe and left a VM requesting for immediate help and rush appt with a loaner. I was not expecting Pepe to reply the same night, I was hoping he would see my email or VM in the morning and then call me but he replied and confirmed that I can come the following day - that is being responsive and caring for your clients!!! When I emailed him again that morning to remind him I am on my way, Pepe replied again confirming that he will be available to help. Super! Five stars for client accomodation and service. I hope the work performed will be the same way - to be updated later.Five stars across the board

My new Mini Countryman

Robert Roberts was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and matched us up with the perfect… car. My motoring advisor was Scott Rachfal who made the joint venture a pleasure, no sales… pressure just good advice and common sense approach to buying my Mini. We ordered my 2015 Mini that day and the car arrived in Oct. the 13 week wait was well worth it. We pick up our gem on Fri the 10th, it sat there so pretty and said here am I all ready for a new garage to house me. We have only praise for the team on the ordering and the delivering of our Mini, we feel that the follow up from this point on will be performed just as well. Wayne Wallace the financial Service Manager was very helpful in his part of the process, also Sharon in the accessory and parts was very nice and easy to work with.
