MINI of Stevens Creek

I visited Mini of Stevens Creek in July of 2014 looking for a 2nd car for my wife and me. The entire family of employees were a pleasure to work with. My motoring advisor was Scott Rachfal who made the joint venture a pleasure, no sales pressure just good advice and common sense approach to buying my Mini. We ordered my 2015 Mini that day and the car arrived in Oct. the 13 week wait was well worth it. We pick up our gem on Fri the 10th, it sat there so pretty and said here am I all ready for a new garage to house me. We have only praise for the team on the ordering and the delivering of our Mini, we feel that the follow up from this point on will be performed just as well. Wayne Wallace the financial Service Manager was very helpful in his part of the process, also Sharon in the accessory and parts was very nice and easy to work with. Thanks to Carol Koback for her role in our purchase. Over all the team will get a big thank you and high rating from us. I enjoy writing these comments on this our last new car purchase. LEE H. a
