I had the pleasure of working with Jaime and Armando at Kia, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Over the phone,… throughout the negotiation process, Jaime demonstrated transparency and worked diligently to secure a fair deal. His straightforward approach and exceptional customer service skills made me feel valued and at ease. Armando helped us with the paperwork, he was very kind. He also helped my wife with the settings in the car and how everything works to head back home. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the entire car buying process seamless and stress-free. The entire finance team was excellent as well. Andrew helped us with finance work. His subject knowledge and experience were great. Along with that he was patient and answered all our queries. Very friendly. Plus, thank you for offering us the delicious Tacos!!! I have to come again for those Al Pastor Tacos!!! Thanks to All-Star Kia SB's expertise and dedication, I drove away in a 2024 Kia Forte car, confident in my purchase. by TessL on 12/11/2014We came to this dealership approximately 2 months ago and was approved for a 2015 Kia Forte, a week or so later after zero calls from this dealership we called to follow up to see about financing..a salesman said "it doesn't look like you… have been picked up by a lender ,we are still working on your file" ...mind you we are continuously getting denial letters from 4 to 5 different lenders within a couple of days or so ..a month and a half later we get a letter from Kia saying they were not able to finance us therefore they "must" exercise their recission rights ..a few days later we received a phone call saying that we need to schedule the return of the vehicle..needless to say I called and scheduled a return..I spoke to Orrin and was threatened that if I don't return the car that same night by 9 pm they will come and repo the car the next day! How the *** do you repo a car without being financed??! I told Orrin we work and do not get home until 8pm and will have to feed my kids but without any consideration he basically told me who cares it takes 10 min to do paperwork ...I agreed and asked a refund of my down payment which he said "rule of thumb" you will get your refund within 48 hours so yes basically no choice starve to your kids to death I need the car tonight ..arrived at the dealership the finance manager looked confused as to what's going on and after talking non sense I basically will not get my refund in 48 hours so here we are...out of a car and the down payment to get another car bear in mind our credit is now destroyed because Kia ran hard inquiries on it for over a month ..the big question is WHY DID THEY WAIT THIS LONG TO ASK FOR THE STIPID CAR BACK? 2015 Kia Forte, $28K , $509 payment for 72 months !! I WAS HAPPY TO RETURN THE CAR FOR THE BAD DEAL BUT IM SCREWED!!! needless to say we probably won't get another car so please SAVE YOURSELF FROM FRUSTRATION & DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! Take your business somewhere else!!!!!! ----a VERY unsatisfied ex-customer ..you guys DO NOT deserve ONE STAR!!!Tess, thank you for your feedback and for reaching out to us. He bent over backward to find what I needed. The price he quoted me was exactly the price on our… paperwork. I met David Choi, the owner. He was hustling around like the other employees. How often do you see that? I met Kurt Anderson, the sales manager as well. However, Joe handled everything himself. I wasn't passed from person to person as in my past car buying experiences. Joe drives a Kia as well. I've looked for that at other dealerships. I highly recommend Allstar Kia of San Bernardino to all Kia shoppers. Oh yes--I love my Sedona! There is a sister dealership in Pomona too.car buying experience

Second time around

Not at any time did they insult my intellegence nor my patience. Got a great car for a fair… price. The Finance dept was just as good. No wasted time with hard selling that you get at most dealerships. (March 2013)We thank you so much for your loyalty and business. Poor Customer Service and [violative content deleted]

I have been in the car sales business and the people that I spoke with are as crooked as they get. I first asked the salesman how long he has been in the car sales… business and he answered me 2 weeks, I responded with " Don't lie to me, really how long have you been in it?" and he responded with about a year or so.... Is that really that honest? So to start of with a lie is not a good feeling but I still stayed because of the previous post that was left I wanted to have that same happy ending feeling.... well it didn't happen. I sat for 2 hours waiting for them to come back to me because the salesman had started helping another customer ( that obviously was more important then me) but when he came back he still didn't have any information. I asked for my keys to my car back because I was leaving, but of course a sales manager that himself says he has only been there 3 days! came out and tried to keep me from leaving by telling me that" he can't apologize for the salesman but they train their salesman/women to say that they are new so that they don't have to answer questions that they don't want to." Now is that really a dealership that earns your trust by lieing to you so that they don't have to answer questions. On top of it all when I was leaving the sales manager tells me that I should put my pride in my pocket because I was going to another dealership in which I will be contacting them to inform them of the slanderous remarks that the sales manager was making about the dealership, but that aside, I told him that I was, and he said " yea that's why your leaving!" Where did Customer Service ever come into play with this dealership. I have never in my life been so mad and wanted to turn around out of anger. People please be aware of this dealership and their false practice.Dishonest Dealer

I have bought new vehicles before from GMC, Honda, and Nissan and never have I had a problem. My brother got a lease… from this place and I decided to give it a try. The first time I went the sales personnel gave me a quote, which, we agreed on. I signed the contract and thought everything was done. Unfortunately, This was just the beginning. Two weeks after one of the finance people called me and said they wanted me to go back to sign some paperwork. Well I got there and he said I needed to give more money down. Now, based on their contract they had ten days to let me know of any changes, otherwise, the contract was final. I advised them of their contract and they moved me to the finance manager who tried to intimidate me by telling me he could give me my trade in and check for down payment back if I could not come up with more down. I advised him to get my car and I was going to leave theirs, the finance manager left and within ten minutes came back and said he would waive the extra money I needed to give down but my payment would go up 20 dollars. He also said they were going to remove the extended warranty I had gotten. Well I know they could not do this because the contract had been over 10 days and by this time it was final. However, I agreed to the 20 dollars more and the removal of the extended warranty as I figured it was not much and wanted to work with them. Thereby, signing the other contract. They were in a hurry for me to give them their original contract back as they knew they were acting ILLEGALLY. A week after I got a call from the lender who went over all the terms of the contract, the lender advised me that I was getting a 2500 rebate and question why if original contract said the rebate was for 3000. I was never informed of this change, the dealer acted in back faith and changed the rebate to 2500 instead of 3000. As some of the people have said they never get back to you. I have contacted the dealer several times and have left messages, however, no one has gotten back to me yet. I am going to call and report this dealer for acting in bad faith and misleading the customers. Mijo in finance is very incompetent and does not know how to solve any problems. *****AS I SAID BEFORE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.***I apologize that your recent purchase with us has been so frustrating. Our number one goal is making sure our customers are happy and comfortable with their purchase, and I am sorry we missed the mark with you. I assure you that is not how we intend to do business.
