Allstar Kia of San Bernardino

I just left this dealership, and would not recommend anyone to go to them. I have been in the car sales business and the people that I spoke with are as crooked as they get. I first asked the salesman how long he has been in the car sales business and he answered me 2 weeks, I responded with " Don't lie to me, really how long have you been in it?" and he responded with about a year or so.... Is that really that honest? So to start of with a lie is not a good feeling but I still stayed because of the previous post that was left I wanted to have that same happy ending feeling.... well it didn't happen. I sat for 2 hours waiting for them to come back to me because the salesman had started helping another customer ( that obviously was more important then me) but when he came back he still didn't have any information. I asked for my keys to my car back because I was leaving, but of course a sales manager that himself says he has only been there 3 days! came out and tried to keep me from leaving by telling me that" he can't apologize for the salesman but they train their salesman/women to say that they are new so that they don't have to answer questions that they don't want to." Now is that really a dealership that earns your trust by lieing to you so that they don't have to answer questions. On top of it all when I was leaving the sales manager tells me that I should put my pride in my pocket because I was going to another dealership in which I will be contacting them to inform them of the slanderous remarks that the sales manager was making about the dealership, but that aside, I told him that I was, and he said " yea that's why your leaving!" Where did Customer Service ever come into play with this dealership. I have never in my life been so mad and wanted to turn around out of anger. People please be aware of this dealership and their false practice.
