    I was called in for a recall of the coolant pump connector and also got an oil change. Robert W was my service advisor and it was one of my best experiences ever at this dealer. I used to take my car here all the time but stopped going because I didn’t think the service was very good. This visit the experience was entirely different and I have nothing to complain about. The work was completed timely and at a reasonable price. They even fixed the battery in my key fob as a courtesy. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and see Robert should my car need service again soon.

    My experience has been very positive 100% because of my service advisor Nghia. He is knowledgeable and so helpful everytime I come in. Nghia is the reason I use BMW for my vehicle maintenance. Not only is he easy to work with but he makes sure everything is done right.

    I brought my X6M in for a scheduled smog check and oil change. The service rep was professional and up front, regarding the costs and turnaround time. Also, the waiting area was comfortable. So, three hours passed and my car was completed. Again, the service rep was professional and answered all of my questions. I recommend BMW of Roseville as your go-to location for any BMW service or purchases.

    Roseville BMW has awesome employees in their Service Dept. I had an appointment, and my Service Tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had him several times in the past years, and I love the fact the Roseville BMW has a good retention factor of their staff. The car service was completed in the time frame they indicated. Getting a video walk through from the mechanic highlighting specific points of their inspection is a great service. Their waiting room is clean and very comfortable. The coffee service bar and snack area is amazing. Truly, this was a great experience to have my car serviced by Roseville BMW.

    Jeffrey was very helpful. He explained everything clearly and gave a reasonable time frame for completion. I really liked the service videos sent by the mechanics about my car. The service was done long before the ETA. Upon picking up car he explained when next service was due. It was a great experience.

    I’ve been taking my 2008 BMW 335i coupe to Roseville BMW since I purchased it there in October 2007. The service has always been excellent there and I have been fortunate to have had knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, professional service advisors.My current service advisor is Mr.Nghia Nguyen and he is exceptionally good at what he does. I am very impressed with the depth of his knowledge about cars, particularly BMWs! Will keep taking my car back there!

    It was time to replace my brakes (thankfully the car tells me these things), I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and my BMW was serviced and ready to pick up 4 hours later. I was also offered a free Lyft so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

    I have nothing but good things to say about the service provided by Nghia and the mechanics that looked at my soon to be i3. I asked for an evaluation of a car I am now buying. They pointed out a few issues that I will be fixed once I can complete the purchase. And then there is Nghia. I feel I found a friend. We got to talking about things that had nothing to do with the car. This put a personal touch on the experience. He had me completely thrown off telling me he was 6' 2' with long black hair. I tip my hat to him. He totally got me. I have been in customer service for over 40 years in the computer industry. I know quality service when I experience it. Nighia has "it". If there if I could give 6 stars I would.

  • Tire pressure

    Brought my car to check why my rear tires are losing too much air, kept getting alert on my dashboard despite adding more air, this problem became more prominent after new tires were installed at this dealership. So I was told there is nothing wrong with my tires and I simply needed to reset them. Sounds that simple !!! Literally few days later got the same alert again which is annoying, now with my busy schedule I have to find time to bring my car back so finally someone could figure out what is wrong, tired of it......

    Every time I take my BMW i4 M50 to Roseville BMW, Nghia provides EXCELLENT service. He's always ready to go, processes my service needs STAT, and my car is always ready before the time he estimates. I can forgive the fact that he's a Warriors and Niners fan...nobody is perfect. Thank you Nghia!

    From the Service Advisors to the Techs, BMW of Roseville has the best service department I’ve experienced after owning over 2 dozen cars in my lifetime! Nghia Nguyen is my Advisor and he always takes care of my car’s needs, plus his recommendations gets the job done right the first time! My limited interaction with the other Advisors in the service dept has also been favorable.
