  • NOE Doubt: The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

    Noe was extremely personable and pleasant to work with. A patient and down to earth person that made the decision easier to move forward. A 5 stars for Noe and his service. We had left the nearby Toyota dealership with a bad taste in our mouth from a slimy sales person and Noe was the complete opposite of that. He is the direct reason I am now driving a Honda after having a Toyota the last 10 years! The overall 4 star review was based on that service and price negotiation. I felt like I could have done a bit better negotiating but it wasn’t easy to do so with the manager. He did work with us a bit so wasn’t a bad experience in anyway, just could have been better. We were told to lower the price they could take off the security tracking software subscription but later found out we ended up paying for it. Also the agreement was a 4 year service plan and during financial paperwork before we signed we caught it was written for 3 and not 4. We quickly addressed it and it was changed without hassle, just not sure if that was miscommunication? Either way as to our overall experience, I’m pleased with the deal I made and the car I now drive. The service was amazing from Noe and he should be commended for his excellent service. The negotiation and financial processes was solid but could be a little improved slightly.

    I have used the Corona Honda for a long time. Your company showed a sincere interest in me and my concerns. I came in with a starter problem and it was fixed. I was also told that my a/c fan wasn't working. I had that work done a few weeks later. The Corona Honda ==never == told me about this. It not like it just happened. I do feel that I was informed and could make the decision. I feel that was very, very important to know that information. Your company will be recommended to my friends .

  • Battery died... Under warranty

    Car battery died and had AAA come to check. Diagnostics checked battery an alternator. Drove to Riverside Honda who saw it was under warranty, prorated the cost, and I drove off happy.

Even though I brought it in rather late in the day they correctly diagnosed my car's problem & fixed it the next day. I got it back the next afternoon. I was very happy at the timely manner in which it was handled.

  • Night and Day

    We started our day at a different Honda Dealership in Corona and ended at Riverside Honda. The service and general experience was like Night and Day. Like most, our goal is to save money and we went to Corona because of some advertised deals online and local freeway bill board. The advertised bill board prices was expired(frustrating) and the online deals comes with assumed discounts(hard to qualify). The up selling and negotiation pressuring was relentless at Corona. Frustrated and feeling defeated we went to Riverside Honda. We met with Mr Max Sanchez Ledezma. Best way to describe Max is professional and personal. He never rushed nor pressured. Straight forward no upselling. We had a price saving goal(deposits/monthly) in mind. Met his Manager, quickly settled agreement, got our ideal car even upgraded to sport at a payment we can live with. In and out by 2hours. The whole experience felt effortless. Thank you and expect a return customer.

    I have good credit. Don't know how I got stuck with a 7% APR on a basic model. Was not told to purchase that anti theft tracker. I thought it was included in my plan.

  • 2024 Civic Type R recall/warranty Service

    This review is solely on my experience with the service department. I cannot comment on the rest of the departments. I called in and made an appointment for the next available day, which was the following week (Wednesday, 7:40am) regarding a recall on a possible sticky steering wheel for my used 2024 Honda Civic Type R (with 3,343 miles). I also had a concern of a leaking overflow tank which seems to be a common occurrence with the Type R. I went in for my scheduled appointment and was given an ETA check of about 3 hours and was given a call within 2 hours with an update that my overflow tank was confirmed leaking and the part needed to be ordered. Turnaround ETA was 1-2 days with expected pick up date Friday or the following week. I left the dealership after turning in my car and went to work this same day, so I mentioned I would allow their team to keep my car and do their thing. In regards to the "sticky steering wheel" I did not have any noticeable issues with my steering wheel but I wanted to get it checked anyways since I was primarily going in for the overflow tank leak. Paul, the assistant service manager, helped me with my service needs. Paul is a good guy, he works efficiently and gave me excellent details about my cars situation along with letting me know that everything was covered by the recall notice along with Honda's warranty. Away from the dealership Paul mentioned he had an injury preventing him from being 100%, so to be working injured on a keyboard all day; I applaud you sir! Play by play timing. I dropped off my car at 7:40 AM on a Wednesday, left the dealership to go to work after the ETA was 3 hours to diagnose and review, received an update about the parts and leaking overflow tank issue covered by warranty, ETA of new parts arrival 1-2 business days, left the car overnight, and got a call the next day Thursday at 10ish AM that my car was ready for pick up. Overall my experience was pleasant and the turnaround time was faster than expected! Thank you Honda of Riverside! If I need anymore service needs, I will be coming back!

    Went looking for a car ended up buying a vehicle with them. The staff was very friendly and the management wasn't very pushy when it came to all the add-ons for the vehicle. I was able to get a relatively decent price for a car(MSRP). As always dealerships take a long time however longest part was waiting for the car to get detailed.
