I was able to get a relatively decent price for a car(MSRP). Easy and Reliable
by Miguel on 05/21/2025Came in for the A-1 service on a Friday. Looked busy, but I handed my car over very quickly. They told me to expect an hour and a half to 2 hours of a wait, but was on my way by an hour and 15 minutes. No problems with car, service, or… finding a seat in the lobby. They offered refreshments during our wait and paperwork processing was quick and easily understood. Luis answered any questions I had with ease and confidence. I usually dread services with other vehicles in the past but this being my first one at Honda didn’t disappoint. Thank you!Thank you, Miguel!
