Great experience!
by ALeBrun on 11/17/2023Saw the truck I wanted on their website. I initiated a chat through their site. Had a few texts inquiring about the truck and price. They offered a good price if I was buying in the next week. I showed up and they honored what was discussed… and we closed the deal very quickly. The Jadd the salesman and the Chris the sales manager were great to work with. Finished with the Freddy the financing manager super quick. 10/10 will do business with them again. Very happy with the whole buying process.We're glad to know that you had a stellar sales experience with Jadd, Chris, and Freddy here at Envision Ford of Oxnard. Easy Purchase of my new electrified “Pony”
by The Gordons on 11/16/2023Highly recommend our salesman Luis Carmona! We stopped in to check out a new Mach-e that we had seen in their online inventory, and within 4 hours we had done a test drive & completed our purchase - - much quicker than we had… anticipated. Luis & all the other personnel ( manager, finance, etc.) were very friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. We also never felt pressured, which we appreciated. A couple of things which we would suggest for this dealership: #1 - They need more EV chargers so that the vehicle they knew we were coming to check out would have been fully charged for our ride home #2 - The Music throughout the dealership for the entire 4 hours was horrible- - awful, loud, techno beat. Strange choice & even an employee we spoke with said he can’t stand it and they play it every day.Recalls Taken Care Of
by RA on 11/01/2023Ford contacted us few days ago to handle our Ford Transit Connect’s long overdue recalls that we try to get done sooner. They took our information and we made appointment. Then took in our vehicle in earliest morning as possible and handled… the recall issues like a professional. Took couple of hours but their customers lounge room was excellent and superior with some nice snacks and drinks. Plus TV to watch with great WiFi connection too. Great experiences overall with Ford again!We're glad to know that your recall experience with us at Envision Ford of Oxnard was a positive one! He was genuinely attentive to my wants and indecisiveness. My best car… buying experience yet. Envision has an asset on their hands with Ash. Finance, Javier’s closing was the icing on the cake. Non service department
by Mike on 09/22/2023Service department is a disaster. Took a full 8 days to find out I had a battery problem on my 2021 f150. Vehicle was there for 5 days before it was even touched? Really? No one answered phone when I tried to make appointment for service… and then didn't return voice mails when left. Do not use this dealership for service!!!!very kind.

No communication 2 weeks
by David on 08/28/2023I was disappointed with this dealership. It took 2 weeks to repair my car. I have heard so many bad stories. They never contacted me regarding delays. I called every day and left messages with no replies from the service department. They… did not complete the repairs correctly. Very disappointed.A respectful salesman

A Pleasant Surprise
by AndyTravelDawg on 08/17/2023After Envision took over from Vista Ford, our go-to service dealership since 2010, we couldn't get an appointment for a safety recall, nobody answered the phone there, and the reviews we read were terrible. But after giving them a year to… get their act together, we decided to try them out for an oil change and some regular maintenance. We were pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly service we received from our advisor Grant, and shuttle driver Crystal, who took us home and drove us back to get our car when it was ready. Grant had the staff check our air filters, and told us they didn't need replacing - no unnecessary work, no rip-offs! So we hope they keep up the good work at Envision, and do whatever they have to do to keep Grant and Crystal!We're glad to know that you had a positive experience with Grant and Crystal at Envision Ford of Oxnard! Terrible Experience
by dustti888 on 08/07/2023I went here for a service appointment which I thought my warranty would cover. It took them a week to diagnose the issue after only saying that it would take one-two days. Then, when I finally hear back about what was wrong, he forgot that… I had a warranty. This took an additional two days of figuring out if the warranty would cover it. Then, it took me 3 more weeks until I got my car back. In total, I was without a car for 5 weeks and they did nothing to help with that. No loaner vehicle/courtesy vehicle, no discount beyond the discount I was already getting for the diagnosis to take a week, and very minimal communication with my service advisor. Sometimes would take him days to respond or multiple messages. Every time I called, I would be sent to his voicemail box that was full. I also called to speak with a supervisor and left a message for them on two consecutive days and never heard back. Overall, a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone looking for timely, affordable service.Not your typical car salesman dealership

Bad overall
by Jayper on 07/08/2023I was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I told the guy I would wait In the lobby for my car. 4 hours later when I texted the number about my appointment he calls. Said he “tried” calling me 3 times when my car was ready but once I… texted the service number the call “ went through”. He billed me out and I figured nothing was wrong with my car. Apparently, one of my lug nuts was swollen and they didn't rotate the tires, I found out once I got home when I read the paperwork. What a joke of a place. Finally, I waited another 10 minutes, and three people asked me about my car to get them to pull it up. This business is a joke I heard other people in the lobby complaining about their service. The only reason I came here is because the Ventura store closed down. I will have to rethink about coming here again.Do Not Place a Custom Order at Envision Ford of Oxnard
by Chase Gould on 07/06/2023TLDR do not place a customer vehicle order with Envision Ford of Oxnard. If you do order from them do not sign they're agreement stating the price is TBD. They will try to convince you that the agreement is nothing to worry about but they… are lying. They will use that agreement against you to mark up your vehicle price and include dealership addons that you don't want. Full story: My wife and I both ordered Ford Mavericks from Isaac at Envision Ford of Oxnard in September of 2022. Isaac repeatedly assured me that I would not be paying over MSRP for either vehicle. When the first Maverick arrived in May 2023 we were told we have to pay for a dealership add on called SurfaceCARE or else they wouldn't sell us the car. And SurfaceCARE is not cheap. Our second Maverick is being shipped to the dealership and scheduled to arrive in July 2023. I just got a call from Isaac stating that the price is being marked up 3 thousand dollars because other people are willing to pay more. Of course they're willing to pay more they didn't have to wait 10 months for their vehicle! They are trying to get me to walk away from my order so they can sell it for more. After endless effort to try and get them to budge on the mark up they reduced the markup from $3,000 to $2,500 and through in a free service plan. I am not happy with their compromise. If you order a vehicle from Envision Ford of Oxnard plan to spend a few thousand dollars more than what they quote you because surely when your vehicle arrives they will mark up the price and tell you to walk if you don't agree to the new price. This dealership has no integrity. Stay Away!Fantastic Save
by Eli on 06/30/2023They tried real hard to get me the best deal possible but when it fell through the salesman Walid kept trying and was able to find a car first that I originally went there to look at but when I couldn't make it down to the dealership he… drove it to me so I could test drive. Then brought the contract and vehicle to me to sign and take ownership. Great above and beyond service.Eli, thank you for choosing Envision Ford of Oxnard!
