I got what I asked for

I brought my Explorer in for a 30k service. Daniel Ayala was attentive and called me twice with updates. I knocked off one star because it is very expensive and he tried to sell me a fluid flush that was part of a recall. There were 2 recalls they couldn’t do because they were out of the parts. Not unreasonable.
