Had major services performed at Envision Ford for my 2013 Fusion Hybrid Titanium. Alexis was very courteous, attentive and professional in his demeanor throughout the whole process conversing with me and providing answers to my questions. What I thought was going to be a terrible experience was not to be. I was completely satisfied with the entire process from setting the appoint to paying final bill. Job well done!!!
