Fanatic Experience!
Terrible Sales Manager [non-permissible content removed]
by Mila on 03/11/2025[non-permissible content removed] beware. I talked to a sales person and a manager and even got a buyer’s order sent to with the agreed upon price. It was out of state so I wanted to make sure everything is in order before I made the trip… to the dealership. Once I got there the Manager Emanuelle basically said “Sorry you have to pay extra $3000 if you want the car”. He had the buyer’s order and still did not honor it. I told him that this is a scam and I am not overpaying for the car and I am leaving, to which he responded “You came from CO so we both know you won’t leave without the car”. We was rude and arrogant and yes I left without the car. I would not recommend this place, he was unprofessional.Fanatic Experience!

She even drove the car to us (an hour away). Alexis was very courteous, attentive and professional in his demeanor throughout the whole process conversing with me and providing answers to my questions.… What I thought was going to be a terrible experience was not to be. I got what I asked for
by MT on 05/22/2024I brought my Explorer in for a 30k service. Daniel Ayala was attentive and called me twice with updates. I knocked off one star because it is very expensive and he tried to sell me a fluid flush that was part of a recall. There were 2… recalls they couldn’t do because they were out of the parts. Not unreasonable.Great Service and Trade-In Value!

by MVentura on 04/10/2024The attention to detail was haphazard at best, I don't know that I trust any of the inspection as they were finished in less time than it took to overcharge me. And in the end, my $600 seat covers smelled like very cheap cologne they… protected nothing, I had to throw away the covers and I'm going to another mechanic to double check the work. Very disappointed no wonder the first Ford dealership in Ventura went out of business.great service

Tarek was my service advisor and he was great. Took care of me right away and walked… me through the process. Then an hour later I got a video of my entire inspection to show what needed or didn’t need to be repaired. Trustworthy, affordable, and quick. Scummiest Service Center Ever!!
by Richard on 01/31/2024Horrid. Johnny Lumez is the scummiest service advisor I have ever dealt with in my life. Came in specifically to check on recalls and get a quote on a part, hands me a piece of paper and states: "This is authorization for us to take a look… at your vehicle and we'll call you before we do anything." I then call over 5 hours later to check in and he quotes me with these ridiculous estimates and that he'll let me know when they're done "putting my car back together." When I asked for elaboration he said "Well it's $225 to check this, another $225 to check that..." Lone and behold, the "authorization slip" he had me initial was actually a receipt. Not once did he mention a cost or even hint at a dollar amount when I handed over the car. After I confronted him with this, he pulled out every narrsasistic manipulation tactic possible: gas light, put words in my mouth, shift blame, and play the victim. When I realized I had to start using my own verbal deescalation tactics on him, I asked to speak to a supervisor and instead of just transferring me he tried to defend himself like he got caught cheating. At least he gave me the name of his supervisor, Jose, before I had to hang up and call back. When I called back, Jose was extremely level with me and we were able to come to an agreement on a charge amount. Though I still disagreed, I did felt pity for the time the technicians actually spent looking at my car. When I came to pick it up though, I learned that basically nothing was done: they told me everything I already knew because I already paid my mechanic to diagnose it and they refused to fix the recall because they couldn't replicate the issue.....though a neighboring Ford service center already replicated the issue and sent in the request to Ford for the parts before going out of business. This place told me they had nothing to do with that other Ford service center...though that service center still has a sign outfront that says "Visit us at our new location: Envision Ford of Oxnard." The best part is that after taking my car back to my mechanic for a free full inspection the following morning, to make sure Ford didn't sabatoge my car, the service advisors told the owner and the owner came out to speak with me and said, "I'm really sorry we forwarded you to them. Let's do this: I'll discount you the amount they charged on your next service and myself along with all my other business partners will blacklist that location. Sounds good?" Sounds fantastic: that's REAL customer service! I see now why Johnny Lumez was so bitter with having over "37 years" experience: he ain't going anywhere in life. 30+ years experience and you're not even in a leadership role? What a joke.All great, but

The only problem was why their service person feels it necessary to play my radio, change the station, and crank up the A/C and readjust… all my vents just to move it to and from the service bay.Great service & prices
