He calculated what my payments would be in multiple scenarios and helped me make an informed decision based on my needs. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Great Buying Experience

Told the salesman "TC" exactly what I needed and wanted..safety being #1, as she and my grandkids will be riding in it. TC totally got it, knew exactly what to show us, knew his vehicles… inside and out and at the end of the day...HE actually made this experience terrific and he took the time to explain everything, from top to bottom. I've bought/leased five cars from Galpin over the years and that's why we went there in the first place, but I've NEVER had a better experience than I did last month with "TC".We are happy to make your experience both pleasant and direct! Great Customer Service...just know your facts!

The sales people are typically knowledgeable...but remember Galpin Ford is the NUMBER ONE Ford Dealership in the… country. What does this mean? It means they act as if they can get away with ANYTHING. If you know your facts, use them. Don't get pushed around. If you don't fight back, expect to pay MSRP...and even if you do fight back, Galpin is typically stronger! If they lose one customer...so what...they'll make up with it from the 75% profit on the next sale.Galpin Uses a Lure the Customer in Approach

I've tried several times to get a price out of them, but they insist I come into the dealership first. I even chose a car from their inventory. Still no… quote. I thought when using Edmunds for a dealer quote, they are suppose to quote you through internet sales? Apparently not. I got the deal I wanted through one of their competitors. The down payment they required and the monthly payments were beyond ridiculous -- $6,000 down and $600 monthly payments. After telling him "no way", the sales manager asked what our other quotes… were -- we told him $2000 down and $430 a month. His response? "They're lying." I shook his hand and said "thanks a lot. We'll think about it." I don't understand why anyone would lease or buy from Galpin -- complete rip off on all levels! Although I would never buy from them and think they're [non-permissible content removed], I do like their song on Power 106 -- "Get it at Galpin!"Great Dealer

David was my salesman Tim was my original contact they gave me and my wife and kids A1 service from beginning… to end. If your looking for a car go to Galpin and ask for either of these two gentlemen they go above and beyond to make you a happy camper.
