Great Buying Experience

Bought a 2009 Ford Flex from Galpin for my daughter. Told the salesman "TC" exactly what I needed and wanted..safety being #1, as she and my grandkids will be riding in it. TC totally got it, knew exactly what to show us, knew his vehicles inside and out and at the end of the day...HE actually made this experience terrific and he took the time to explain everything, from top to bottom. I've bought/leased five cars from Galpin over the years and that's why we went there in the first place, but I've NEVER had a better experience than I did last month with "TC".
