Had a fantastic experience at Galpin last wknd. I had never leased a car before and was nervous about the entire process. Salesman Michael K. helped me test drive several models in the class I was interested in, then sat me down and explained the benefits of leasing vs buying. He calculated what my payments would be in multiple scenarios and helped me make an informed decision based on my needs. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. This was my first experience working with a dealership. In my opinion, Michael K. set the standard. I hope all car salesman are like him.
