Too Easy
by Travis H on 07/13/2023After a complete loss on a 4Runner, my wife and I were in the market for a replacement. After seeing Autonation’s ads online, we found the one we wanted. I called ahead because the price was too good to be true. I figured it was a way to… get us in the door, then mark up the price. This was not the case. I spoke with Don Robertson, he assured me the price was real and even went out to take photos of the actual vehicle on the lot. Although he was scheduled to be off by 6pm, I told him I was driving quite a distance and couldn’t make it until after 7:00pm. I easily could have stopped at one of the 8-10 dealerships I was passing in route, but we continued to Auto Nation. I am so glad we did… we arrived, Don met us at the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, worked some numbers, agreed to a final price and were in and out of the finance department in record time. No sales gimmicks, no dealership mark ups, and no hassle. Don, Raid and Rafael were easy to work with and knew their stuff!! Most of all, they were honest from the initial phone call, without pressure! Love my new Prius

Gave me all my options but wasn’t pushy. Last the guy was great who… showed me all the features and help set up pairing my phone to the car. Bought the 2923 Pearl white Prius LE with almost all the safety features. Rides so quiet and smooth. Love my new car. Had to come in without an appointment

The service representative was polite and professional and helped to expedite my repair. And I… noticed when I picked my car up that it had been washed. Fixed Seized Caliper Slide Bolt

I took the van back in to AutoNation, and they fixed the slide bolt on my brakes at no… cost. Basic service for maintenance light

Overhaul of 2011 Rav 4
by EllieAnne on 06/15/2023My 2011 Rav 4 has almost 220,000 miles on it. They are not easy miles. It has been to the desert of Baja many many times. Rugged rocky dirt roads. It sustained damage to the front suspension. Hoses, belts, fans and MORE needed to be… replaced. This car is going to be a gift to my granddaughter who is graduating from UCLA (age 19!! She is brilliant!!) and will drive it to Mississippi where she will be part of Teach America for 2 years. We needed her to have a car that will be reliable etc....and thanks to the team at Toyota Auto Nation I can rest easy knowing the Rav is in good shape for her to take many miles from home and use!!Hello Ellie, thank you for your positive review.
