We were moving cross country for the first time and were looking to buy a new car upon arrival in Irvine. Andy Vuong worked with us remotely the month before our arrival and explained every step of the process and ensured we could reserve the car we wanted. When we arrived in Irvine, Andy was extremely patient and walked us through all the paperwork and clearly explained every feature of the new car. We are very happy with our 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross and would be happy to work with Andy anytime in the future!
