After a complete loss on a 4Runner, my wife and I were in the market for a replacement. After seeing Autonation’s ads online, we found the one we wanted. I called ahead because the price was too good to be true. I figured it was a way to get us in the door, then mark up the price. This was not the case. I spoke with Don Robertson, he assured me the price was real and even went out to take photos of the actual vehicle on the lot. Although he was scheduled to be off by 6pm, I told him I was driving quite a distance and couldn’t make it until after 7:00pm. I easily could have stopped at one of the 8-10 dealerships I was passing in route, but we continued to Auto Nation. I am so glad we did… we arrived, Don met us at the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, worked some numbers, agreed to a final price and were in and out of the finance department in record time. No sales gimmicks, no dealership mark ups, and no hassle. Don, Raid and Rafael were easy to work with and knew their stuff!! Most of all, they were honest from the initial phone call, without pressure! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
