  • Great all around service

    Sales person really listened to what I wanted and there was no pressure to purchase options I did not want. Same applies to finance person who didn't pressure when I didn't purchase extended warranty. I got exactly what i wanted.

    My check engine light was on, they found out what it was, a leak in a valve that was under warranty, they fixed it.

    Manny and Tommy (?) the Finance Manager provided unbelievable customer service! I am in my 50's and have purchased many cars over the years in many different states. This was the best "no-pressure" sale that I've ever participated in! Don't get me wrong---Manny was very persuasive, but it was how he persuaded--by "suggestions" not "pressure". There is a huge difference. The Finance Manager was personable explained everything and extremely friendly!

    The team was extremely pleasant and helpful- they listened to my concerns. Chris was very friendly and helpful as well as communicated in a timely manner. I also appreciated the car service to get me back to work. The driver was super polite and friendly.

    service staff was engaging- Kelly was amazing. She checked the system and noticed that it was my first oil change and honored by first free oil change. I thought that was very outstanding customer service. When I picked up my car I half expected to hear a list of things that needed to be fixed or upsold but there was nothing (new car shouldn't have issues) and she just had me sign and I was on my way.

    Your remodeled facility (service entrance, service desk, and waiting area) was quite impressive. Access to staff is much improved. Getting the car washed was a plus.

    love the remodel... the service department is now super clean and getting my car checked in took about 2 minutes instead of the usual 15minutes.

    I definitely recommend Theodore Robins Ford to anyone. I was kindly greeted by Luis when I arrived and he directed me to Eddie who is a salesman. Both Luis and Eddie were very welcoming and I can say I would buy another car from them in the future. I had a wonderful experience overall because they were willing to work with my situation and that led me to leave with a 2014 Ford Edge!! Merry Christmas to me.

    Dean Hammond is outstanding to work with. I bought a 2005 Mustang from him and when it came time to by the 2015 Mustang I was very happy to find out that he was still working there. I didn't even consider going to a different dealership. I knew Dean would take excellent care of me.

  • So hard to find a good dealer...

    It's difficult finding a dealer I can rely and trust to ensure my car gets its needs and I don't get ripped off. Have been to this dealership two times before, but this time I am no longer satisfied. The service advisor was too busy because the place only had two advisors and no cashier. So, the SA was doing basically all the work at the service department. I told him I wanted an oil change and gave him a coupon for a special synthetic blend but I wanted full synthetic oil, so I couldn't use that coupon. He then said they're having a special. He also asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I told him I get that done for free at America's Tire Co. (wouldn't that mean I DONT want a tire rotation and I just want to get an oil change???) If he had been clearer by saying the price I'm giving/quoting you is for a maintenance service of 38.95 instead of an oil change only, and perhaps saying this does not include the cost of the upgraded synthetic oil, I would understand very clearly and it wouldn't be a problem now. I even told him how I was amazed it was cheaper than jiffy lube and he agreed what a deal this was. Now I wish I went to jiffy lube where at least I know what I am getting consistently and wouldn't be so broke now.
    • Well, good for you. I took my Mustang in there and saw an empty donut box and old coffee. Nice! Also, it's the typical service deal where they push you to get more service than the owner's manual dictates. In addition, my visit resulted in higher charges than I was quoted for service. Didn't appreciate that at all, nor did I like having to call to get the car right before the place closed.

    • I recently had an oil change at Theodore Robins Ford and it went great! Steve Noches got me right in and out. The waiting area was fine and there was complimentry coffee (I dont know what the other guy is talking about). I received a coupon for a $9.95 special and it was just that! I saved a ton of money and it was done right and quickly.

  • Great Staff

    I purchased my fifth car yesterday but my first new ordered vehicle. Ordering a new vehicle when you have not done it before can be a lot to take in and it was great to have a staff that would take the time to walk through the items with me then answer all my questions. I did not understand the way vehicles are pulled to be built, but Nicole and Courtney did an amazing job answering my questions and making me feel comfortable about my purchase. My thanks to all the staff at Theodore Robins Ford for their help, but mostly to Nicole and Courtney.
