service staff was engaging- Kelly was amazing. She checked the system and noticed that it was my first oil change and honored by first free oil change. I thought that was very outstanding customer service. When I picked up my car I half expected to hear a list of things that needed to be fixed or upsold but there was nothing (new car shouldn't have issues) and she just had me sign and I was on my way.
