    Cars was only a few months old. Simple oil/filter change and tire rotation. In and out in about 45 mins. No notes!

    I love how they listen to me and make me aware of everything wirh my car. In the end they even car washed it. I love coming here. I have to come back foe my recall when thwy have the parts. It will most likely be next month but that's okay.

    We just recently bought a Passport from Concord Honda. Our salesman Mike was super nice to work with. We would gladly do business with him again. I only leave 4 stars because we were a bit frustrated to discover that the dealer does require certain add-ons that they won’t remove from the vehicle, which drives the price up. Shame on you Concord Honda. We should be allowed to pick what we want on the car.

    I brought my car in for a diagnostic for a squeaking, creaking sound on left front end. They did an overall inspection of my car and and everything checked out fine except for needing tires. They said the sound was from my suspension and that I need to replace front struts, bearings and caps. This may be the case but the general inspection showed my struts and shocks to be satisfactory. Now I don't know what to think!?

    I’ve been a customer for 9 years and have had nothing but praise for Wasif. His knowledge, honesty and respect for you, your family and your vehicle is seen from the moment you drop off your car, during the service and at pick up. He is an asset to Concord Honda. Oh and their coffee is amazing. Wish they had donuts 😜

    Such an amazing vibe at concords Honda. So many amazing and welcoming people I loved it! I was a first time buyer and I was a bit nervous but they made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything so well! The guy I talked to was Mo, such an amazing and patient person. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car!

    Athough I was disappointed that the computer system was down when I needed the OIL CHANGE/TIRE ROTATION service. That made it hard for Wasif Khan, my sefcie advisor, to keep track of my prepaid 3 year old OIL CHANGE /TIRE RKTATION. Thatneas the only complaint that I have other than that all else was great. HONDA need to maintain their computer system working all the time.

    Mo was very helpful. Very informative, he didn't push us like other sales reps do. He let us take our time to look around and overall helped us pick the perfect car. I'll give him an extra 5 stars, 10 in total for excellent customer service.
