He took the time to throughly explain each service to me and the benefits it would have on the upkeep of my vehicle. If I had questions he was patient and answered them.… There was no pressure who process ran smoothly and happy with my car. I noticed I wasn't getting as much power when I hit the gas and I can definitely feel the difference and looks like my gas tank isn't being depleted as fast. Incredibly Impressed by Concord Honda and Ali!

I went to a local Honda dealership and the salesman was not knowledgeable and pushy. I sourced to the next nearest Honda, and had the… complete opposite experience with Ali. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and the financing process. I felt like he had my best interest at heart and genuinely wanted me to get the car that was best for me. Ali impressed my parents as well! We will definitely be returning and may even purchase another car from Concord Honda in the near future — and looking for Ali to help us! Fast and easy
by RLuna29 on 10/31/2024Concord Honda serviced my car well. They didn’t pressure me too much about the “premium service packages”, and seemed to care about me getting what I needed. I still think it was a bit weird that I had to come in person so they would order… a recall part on my vehicle. I had an appointment but I think if I didn’t they would have taken me in a first come first serve basis. Fortunately I was the first in line on a Wednesday morning, so there wasn’t a queue of other vehicles in front of me.
