onConcord Honda serviced my car well. They didn’t pressure me too much about the “premium service packages”, and seemed to care about me getting what I needed. I still think it was a bit weird that I had to come in person so they would order a recall part on my vehicle. I had an appointment but I think if I didn’t they would have taken me in a first come first serve basis. Fortunately I was the first in line on a Wednesday morning, so there wasn’t a queue of other vehicles in front of me. Would come here again over other local dealers for service.
