    Ray helped us out patiently, going to his manager numerous times as we bargained prices for our new 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid (base model). He got us a better discount that we expected, given that such hybrids were selling like hotcakes. I would gladly deal with Ray again. Another salesman (not Ray) needs to study up on details of this car, and how hybrids work generally. The other salesman told us this base model had a 6-speed automatic transmission, and that higher trim lines of the same car had 10-speed automatics. In fact, all 2019 Accord hybrids have the same CVT transmission. Perhaps he got his opinions from the different amounts of regenerative braking you can cut in from the paddles behind the steering wheel? He also mentioned that in EV mode (which this car does have) the car can go as much as 48 miles on battery power alone. First time I've ever heard that claim for any hybrid Accord. Some pure-electric cars from other manufacturers, can't go that far on a charge. But overall a very rewarding experience at Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos, CA. My only real problem with them, is that several dealers here in San Diego said Reeves would not dealer-trade with any other dealers, either in Orange County or San Diego county. This is very unusual.

    After searching for my first "green" plug in hybrid (PHEV), I found only Cerritos Honda would deal with numbers that I wanted. Can you believe I drove 30 miles to get a brand new Honda Clarity ? Even my close in neighborhood Norm Reeves in West Covina could not touch the deal! That is how good this dealership is to work with. Super comfortable, laid back and very good staff on hand. This time I first dealt with Allen Nouri (promoted to Internet Director), Devon Fields (Internet sales), Ralph C (GSM), and Spall T (Finance). In getting this deal, there were a number of variables to deal with: $7600 Honda incentive, $500 Honda state employee certificate, and SCE utility company rebate. So Allen worked the deal first without me coming in (helps to have done business with him 4 years prior). He gets me a deal that no other Honda dealer would touch. The deal was so hot - other people on the forums wanted to know if it can be replicated. So then the issue came up with delivery date and expiration dates for the incentives. We started negotiations in December but ended having to postpone the deal until the perfect time. The GSM: Ralph had to step in to explain the variables that we were dealing with and was super helpful. Normally a GSM does not have time for retail customer, but Ralph made an exception which I was very pleased. Devon my sales advisor stepped in to handle the multiple variables that had to line up in order to get the best deal and post sales rebates. Here is the list of variables: $7600 Honda incentive expires 1/2/19. SCE rebate incentive increases from $450 to $1000 on 1/1/19. $500 Honda state employee discount expires 1/2/19. So with the very short window I had, we did the deal on New Year's day. Devon was super helpful, had the detailing done in super quick time and allowed me to take the car to their charging station in the back of the service dept without him driving and without a contract in hand! Super happy with the entire experience because we had to postpone the contract signing until New Year's day. Highly recommend Norm Reeves in Cerritos for all your Honda transport.

    Our online rep was Ty Trieu and he made the purchase of our new Clarity such a fast and painless experience. The price agreed upon online was the prices we ending up paying. We wanted a base Clarity Touring model and that is what we got. There was no attempt to up sell us on car add-ons. We were impressed with Norm Reeves when we purchased a prior Honda car and this experience only improved our opinion. Thanks Ty! Also want to give a shout out to Edwin Gonzales who handled the financing. Great job!!!!!!

Diego made the process of buying a new car so easy and simple! Now I am a proud owner of a 2019 Honda Civic Sport and I am completely in love with it!     I've been working with Michael Hua for a number of years buying a few cars through him, maybe 5 to be exact and he's been wonderful to work with! He makes the sales process easy. I dealt with him mostly over the phone so when I came in all of the paperwork was ready. We took a little more time on our end since we changed the color of the car which had an upgraded feature so that changed the cost a bit but we anticipated it since it was an add-on. In the end, everything was seamless and easy. I received a great deal and have a great quality car! My family and I love my new Honda Accord Touring, it's an amazing car and Michael made it super easy! I'm truly grateful!

    I had been looking for my 2019 Honda Insight for about a month and no dealerships near me had any in stock with my color preference. Luckily, Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos is not too far of a drive and with the help of RAY I was able to finally get the car I wanted in a fast and easy process! We liked the service so much my mom ended up trading in her car and getting a new Accord! Big thanks to Ray and everyone there! Highly Recconend!!

    Check the reviews online for the Karr Security System...so many complaints...your car insurance covers theft! Norm Reeves Honda told us other security systems "may " corrupt the electrical system...Lie. I've since read just the opposite. We bought this system for $1590.00!!! We were totally ripped off!!! And then to find out there have been so many complaints against the system!!! Also, what is insurance for?? Theft is already covered through insurance!!! Also, be prepared when you speak to the F&I department...get your own financing before you go to the dealership!!!! Don't get ripped off...we paid $1800 for a $20,000 car loan origination fee. Another gouging of the customer. Our fault...we didn't do our homework. Do not deal with Mr. Spall. Lessons learned -- be prepared to walk out, go early (we went late and suffered from being so tired), research other loans first! Whole process took over 4 hrs....we were told it would take an hour since we had given them so much info over the phone. Buy online that is the least expensive! Our daughter purchased the car...the car is great, she was gouged though!

    My girlfriend and I are college students at CSULB and came in here March of this year with the intentions of starting a lease with Honda. We had heard good things about Honda and this dealership in particular. This was obviously a big step for us as we had never owned a car. We saw the Civic advertised at $129 a month and thought that it was a good deal. We had previously talked to Toyota which is 100ft from this dealership. Everyone at Toyota was very nice and the deal looked a lot better than what we have now (worth a visit). We were very clear that we only wanted a 24-month lease as we are international students and will be leaving in 2 years from March, they said not a problem. Everyone we spoke to from Isaac Lopez (salesman), Chandika Desilva, Ajith Jinadasa (VIP Director) and Mauricio in Finance, we made it explicitly clear that we only wanted a 24-month lease. Not one person indicated that there was an issue with this. They said the monthly cost will be a little higher as the $129 is for a 36-month lease. One thing lead to another and we agreed upon $321 a month for 24-months. We went through the process all the way until we met with Mauricio in finance. He had the contract and instructed me to sign it and said that everything we had discussed was in there, nothing new. One month later our first bill arrives and it says 35 remaining payments... I called all the people listed above and all of them straight out denied it. I emailed all the people involved and did not receive a single response. It was only after I told them that I would review them individually online that I received an email from the General Sales Manager, Ralph Calvo, who was very attentive and helpful and even reached out to me via email and phone, but told me there was nothing he could do (which I find hard to believe) and forwarded me onto people I had already tried to contact. I understand that it was incredibly silly of me to trust these friendly, approachable car salesmen and I should have read through the contract very carefully but I think it is totally disgraceful on behalf of Honda that they take advantage of young people in this way. I hope that this gathers enough attention to change the outcome of this issue, as I will not give up until I reach a resolution. To anyone else thinking of giving Honda your valuable dealership, reconsider. Or at the very least, not this dealership or these people. P.S. Honda, please do not bother replying to this review for show, or the many reviews that are to follow. I have reached out to everyone in your directory. If you have a reoslution, you know where to email me.

    Ty Trieu is a great sales person. He helped me to buy a new Honda CR-V 2018. We did not have to wait for long with his great experience. I'd refer him to all my friends and never go to another dealership again.

    All I have to say is that Sonny Wu, a Gold Member Sales & Leasing Consultant, is amazing!!! Recently our 2009 Mini Cooper died and we needed a car. So, I went to my credit union and they offered me a “first time buyer” car loan at 10% APR, because I have no credit (no credit history, no credit cards). I know that's crazy, but we needed a car, so we began shopping around. We found a 2014 Honda Civic for $12,000, or so we thought. When all the fees, add-ons and taxes were included, it was more like $18,000. My wife's family had purchased cars from Sonny, so we gave him a call. Thank god we did! He was the only one who broke down the numbers of purchasing a used car at 10% APR and compared it to leasing (to buy) a 2018. He got us a brand new 2018 Honda Civic for much less per month (and overall), than what I would be paying for a 2014. He informed me that leasing to own was a better option, to build my credit over 3 years! He was the only one who was honest and put us before his sale. I have been telling my friends and family about him and would recommend anyone looking for a car to him. Thank you Sonny!!

    When we first started researching for our new car we visited many dealers and looked at different makes in search for our new family SUV. The first placed we went to was norm Reeves we were introduced to Francisco by one of his colleagues who took no time to greet us. I told Francisco that I was just looking at a few vehicles I was definitely not at all ready at the moment to sit down and talk. He still treated me with the same attention as if I was ready to negotiate. He gave me his card and wished us a safe drive. When we were ready to buy we tried dealers closer to home for that reason because they were closer!! After being treated very poorly in downtown Los Angeles. I remembered Francisco and made the drive. Long story short, not only did Francisco do everything he could to get us a car we needed, but something we wanted as well!!!!     By far the best car purchasing experience ever. Kan You was great, friendly no hassle and very professional. I got a very good deal on the model and trim that I wanted. Also Gonzales in the financing department was great as well, friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time and by the time I was done with the paper work my car was waiting for me outside. Kan You was there explaining to me very thoroughly about all the great features in the new 2018 Honda Accord. I will never go to another dealership again and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. The best service all around in a friendly environment.
