I've been working with Michael Hua for a number of years buying a few cars through him, maybe 5 to be exact and he's been wonderful to work with! He makes the sales process easy. I dealt with him mostly over the phone so when I came in all of the paperwork was ready. We took a little more time on our end since we changed the color of the car which had an upgraded feature so that changed the cost a bit but we anticipated it since it was an add-on. In the end, everything was seamless and easy. I received a great deal and have a great quality car! My family and I love my new Honda Accord Touring, it's an amazing car and Michael made it super easy! I'm truly grateful!
