He's super enthusiastic, helpful, and relaxed about selling, which is rare and appreciated. We had so much fun with him, it was a much… easier day than normally buying or trading in a vehicle. Clean, comfortable, and friendly dealership all around! Purchase of a new Crosstrek premuim base

S. on 09/23/2023Overall experience was very good, I do feel that they did not entirely meet my price request as compared to what they were offering me for the fully upgraded premium that I originally was intending to purchase. However, the overall process… of purchasing and what they promised as far as support moving forward seemed honest and well presented. I have had a couple of little minor disappointments, the gas tank cover gets stuck and when powering off you cant roll the rear windows up after the ignition is off, pretty minor. Gas milage also seems quite a bit lower than advertised, understandable considering it is a crossover but other than that the car is incredible.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Not a fan
by Larry Jones on 08/24/2023Had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and courtesy wash. Said 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hrs I returned. Nothing started. After 2 plus hrs it was finally done, at least I thought. When I got to the car there was oil on the… seat, not just a drop but significant oil. It took another 10 minutes to get that cleaned so I could sit in my seat. The courtesy car wash looked like someone squirted some water on it or it went through a rainstorm. Even after that while driving home I saw no oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. After I got home I went to check the oil. The hood had 3 large oil spots U had to get soap to clean. I opened the hood and spilled oil by the filler and the cover over the radiator. More cleaning required. I posted my review on Google and the service manager responded and asked that I call to discuss. I have called twice and left voice-mail for the service manager. I called on Monday and Tuesday and it is now Wednesday evening and I have yet to receive a call back. Buyer beware of the service department here. Not sure how serious the dealership is about customer satisfaction.Disappointed...
by scmo on 07/28/2023I took my Outback in for first check-up. Service technician was very helpful and courteous when I checked in. However, I had made an appointment, and they knew I was waiting and yet it took 2 hours for the car to be serviced...usually it… takes about 45 min to 1 hour. So, after 2 hours I went outside to my technician to see what was going on. My car was finished and he handed me the keys and I signed the paperwork. Got to the car and realized I had the wrong keys and paperwork. Went back and he gave the the correct keys, I signed the correct paperwork and left. My paperwork said the car had been done for over and hour and the technician told me it would be washed and it wasn't. So, between not being notified when my car was finished, being given the wrong keys and paperwork, and not having the car washed, I have to say I was very disappointed. I have been coming to this dealership for years and this was my first Auto Nation experience...not very goodHi, thank you for your feedback. New car

He prepared an offer but I needed time to think about it. When I returned on… Saturday , I remembered Uzair had told me he may not be there. Manny was the nice young man who helped me finalize the deal. Christy was the finance lady and was very professional. All the staff was very pleasant and professional. Great Experience

I recieved email and phone call from Vanessa who found me exactly what my family and I were looking… for. Miguel helped me from there when I stopped by to check out the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about everytjing with regard to the vehicle and its capabilities. Terrance was extremely helpful with financing needs and helped me get everything I needed with regard to service and warranty options. At least the car is good
by Frrobin on 07/08/2023Bought my Car 2 weeks ago, kinda regret my Purchase with auto nation within the weekend. Love my car but didn’t enjoy my experience with the dealership. 2 times I’ve gone to the dealership to have them email my paperwork and they failed to… send it both times. At the time of my purchase I felt the salesman weren’t well informed with Subaru I came in wanting the the Impreza RS the salesmen said Subaru hasn’t sold those in a long time. And had no idea what I was talking about. I even told him I’d order the car if they didn’t have it I just really want an RS. I ended up leading with the crosstrek 2.5 2024. I do like the car but that seriously bothered me. I knew more about the cars and features than he did when I asked about features in cars on the lot he told me to read the paper…. I should of gone to a different Subaru dealership but the next one was an hour away…now I’m kicking myself.Hello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. First Customer - Carlsbad Subaru

All I knew is that they had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. Even as I was the test run for all… the new processes and construction taking place around me, all went smoothly and with a courteous, good-natured approach. Sean M, in particular, was a standout. He knew the vehicles, set appropriate expectations for process and time frames and continually kept me updated as the sale progressed. In past years I had purchased two vehicles from Bob Baker, the previous owner. I was interested to see if AutoNation could keep the same "family owned" approach that kept me coming back. I am happy to report that the experience was every bit what I had hoped for.
