AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad

As I was to learn, my Subaru was the first vehicle to be sold on the first day under AutoNation ownership at the Carlsbad, California location. All I knew is that they had the vehicle I wanted on the lot. Even as I was the test run for all the new processes and construction taking place around me, all went smoothly and with a courteous, good-natured approach. Sean M, in particular, was a standout. He knew the vehicles, set appropriate expectations for process and time frames and continually kept me updated as the sale progressed. In past years I had purchased two vehicles from Bob Baker, the previous owner. I was interested to see if AutoNation could keep the same "family owned" approach that kept me coming back.
