Dealership Service Review
Had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and courtesy wash. Said 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hrs I returned. Nothing started. After 2 plus hrs it was finally done, at least I thought. When I got to the car there was oil on the seat, not just a drop but significant oil. It took another 10 minutes to get that cleaned so I could sit in my seat. The courtesy car wash looked like someone squirted some water on it or it went through a rainstorm. Even after that while driving home I saw no oil change reminder sticker on the windshield. After I got home I went to check the oil. The hood had 3 large oil spots U had to get soap to clean. I opened the hood and spilled oil by the filler and the cover over the radiator. More cleaning required. I posted my review on Google and the service manager responded and asked that I call to discuss. I have called twice and left voice-mail for the service manager. I called on Monday and Tuesday and it is now Wednesday evening and I have yet to receive a call back. Buyer beware of the service department here. Not sure how serious the dealership is about customer satisfaction.
