Outstanding experience from Bob W. and Santa Cruz Toyota

Initially I requested online pricing- he was very responsive and sent me a quote within a few hours. I went in to look at the car, but was not ready to purchase that day.… Bob was very understanding and I felt no pressure. I appreciate this so much- I probably would not have returned if I felt bullied to buy the car that day. He was also very knowledgeable about the Highlander and knew all the answers to my many questions. Working with Bob was very easy and I will definitely recommend him to any friends or family looking to buy in the future. Also, after I purchased the car, I ran into some issues with my Bluetooth. I called Bob and he returned my message right away, even though it was his day off. The level of customer service I have received from him was superior! Thank you Bob and Santa Cruz Toyota for making me a happy customer!We cannot thank you enough for your wonderful review of Toyota of Santa Cruz and for your referrals and recommendation!
