We were in the market for a midsize SUV after my car getting totaled. We shopped around and Mercedes has the best deal for the ev car we’re looking for. Vic was very helpful and answered all of my husband’s questions even his texts in the… middle of the night. Thank you, Vic!

The dealership almost always does more than requested at no extra charge. Excellent service department.Great service & effort to help my schedule

I dropped by without an appointment when I noticed a problem with steering on my C-350. Arin and Paula worked creatively to get my car into the… shop right away and provide me with a loaner vehicle. It was a fantastic customer service effort on their part and I won't go anywhere else from now on.The only place for Mercedes service

Since moving into our last car 14 years ago, technology has really come a long way. Thanks to our… savvy and patient salesman, Nick, (who even came out to our home to connect our garage door opener), we are learning about all of the car's bells and whistles. I was told that the normal process was to obtain an options contract until my credit union sent the check, so I did. My credit… union sent the check the next day, but my old car has still not been paid off. It has now been a week. i have attempted contact with my sales person twice and contacted the business office, and I have yet to receive a return call. All I am looking for is confirmation that the check my credit union sent was received and they will pay theT old car off prior to my next payment. They were very helpful when I was purchasing the vehicle, but now that I have made the purchase, there is no customer service at all. The sad part is, a family member wants to buy a car after seeing my vehicle. Initially, i was going to refer the business, but now, Ill have her go somewhere else.Calabasas Mercedes Service

Corwin went above and beyond to find me the specific car I was looking for and trust me it was not an… easy request. I wanted a specific color interior, special options, sport package, etc. and Corwin made it happen. He found my dream car and did not give up. He truly is a hard worker and extremely professional. Great place and Steve Schwartz is the best… Service Mgr. he used to be at Lexus when I owned those. Very pleasant surprise to see Mercedes has snatched him up. He's very honest.
