I called to try to buy a 2020 GLE SUV that was $59,999. The button on the internet said Get Online Price and when I pressed it and filled out the information I was told the price was the same and that the wording was confusing. Okay, so I had 3 or 4 phone calls and 9 emails back and forth sending pictures of my car for a trade in and trying to get a final number so I could purchase the car. I spoke with Yaghoot Rassouli-Zadeh who went by Jennifer throughout all of this. She told me they would give me $10,000 for my 2010 GLK but that I should try to sell it locally for $11,000 because that is what she would do. So I kept pressing for a final number with shipping, taxes, etc. I was trying to get them to take my car even though I would have to pay for shipping it back. I waited and waited to hear back after all of that. Nothing. Finally the afternoon on the day after we had all of this communication, I received an email. She said, "Hello I opologize for the delay. We were super busy and I was not at my desk most of the day. Also, I opologise but the car you were inquiring about has beeen sold over a few days ago. It was not updated yet on the web site. I have sent you other options. Let me know if I can send you a break downof any of the choices. Looking Forward" This is unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership and particularly this salesperson.
