Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas

This week I got a beautiful 2024 EQS 450+ from Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas, and I have to say it was a surprisingly easy experience, thanks to Hessam Ehsani. I'm not a fan of spending hours at a dealership, so I was really happy that most of the process was done over the phone and through text. I knew what car I wanted over the weekend, and by Monday morning, Hessam had found the exact one I was looking for. He made sure everything was set up just the way I wanted--model, color, options, everything. What I really appreciated was that I didn't have to be there in person until it was time to sign the papers. When I finally went in, it took less than an hour to finish up and drive off in my new car. Hessam is honestly one of the nicest people I've met at any dealership. He made sure everything was ready when I arrived, walked me through all the features, and even said I could call him anytime if I had questions. It's rare to find someone who cares that much about making sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're looking to buy a Mercedes, I'd definitely recommend going to Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas and asking for Hessam. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, which isn't something you can say often about buying a car.
