    Was able to schedule service for my sprinter van the night before online and choose the advisor, Andreas, whom I had worked with prior. Though I only needed tire rotation this time , had other minor concerns that they addressed and Andreas knew exactly what and why were my concerns. Sprinter vans are unique and Andreas is very knowledgeable about them. Along with a free car ride shuttle service home and return for pickup, everything worked out great and will be bringing my van back for maintenance and service to keep it in top shape for years to come.

    Great service with wonderful people. I have been coming here for almost 20 years. Loaner cars are always available or you can wait in a lovely waiting area that has a coffee shop with food. Ask for Lauren Baumann as your service advisor, she’s great!

    I came to the dealership for service A , Carlos my advisor was very professional and everything went smooth. I got a car wash as well with the service . They made it looks like new. The most impressive that everyone follow the Covid rules for protection .

    The wood on my drivers door is scratched. I’ve spoken to Carl and he will order a new part and replace the wood. I’m disturbed that it happened. Ask me for a review when it’s been replaced.

    Their timing was perfect. I had just noticed some difficulty starting my car; so I brought it in for service, and they replaced my battery which was still under warranty. I was glad to have everything checked, both to have my car running at its best and to see what I can anticipate the car requiring in the future, if anything. Also, I appreciated the shuttle ride they provided both ways. The shuttle was clean and new.
