  • Wasting the Customers Time is a Sin

    Wasting the customers time is a sin. Wasting the customers time on their only day off is even worse. Gaudy Honda lets you book service appointments via their website and that's exactly what I did. I arrived 30 minutes early and patiently waited for a Service Rep to get me checked in etc. for a basic oil change. She proceeded to tell me she would not be able to get me checked in for 3 hours. 3 HOURS. I was at the dealership ON TIME, with an APPOINTMENT and I was told they overbooked. Overbooking is one thing, if it takes 3 hours just to check someone in for a BASIC OIL CHANGE you clearly do not know how to run a service department and should try another field for work. Is Gaudy going to pay for the gas it took for me to drive over? no. Is Gaudy going to compensate me for wasting the time it took to get there, to wait to be seen, and then leave me with nothing? no. I wasn't about to leave the car there just for them to tell me they could need to keep it overnight for a BASIC OIL CHANGE which is supposed to be covered under their own service agreement. I had other things to do on my only day off, and I wasn't going to risk it especially when they clearly cant handle the basics of scheduling management. So, in conclusion if you want to waste your ENTIRE day waiting to be seen for a BASIC OIL CHANGE let alone anything more complex, Gaudy Honda is the place to go!

  • Damaging car is here

    Remember to take pictures of your car before dropping it off as they damage your car and lie about the car being like that uhm this car is brand new only drive it 10 miles a day garage kept it so this place try to pull that crap on me, but forgot I got dash cam showing them live so they decided to make it up and ended up damaging more of my car so don’t let them work on your car poorly greedy people who lie and bait and switch.

    The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and explained to me the problem with my tires. He kept me updated throughout the waiting period.

    Ivan Castro was very attentive. He was very easy to talk to about my car issues. I'm definitely going back to Goudy Honda for him.

    The person who helped me out ,Mr. Oscar Chavez, was very helpfull , kind, respectful. Costumer service was good. I will definitely get back to him if i need help.

    We didn't wait too long......everyone was courteous and friendly and gave us suggestions as to what's best for the car check up at this time as we had the car for a year but don't drive it as much. Place seemed well organized and area very clean.

    Sevice advisor is very professional individual, that was fast efficient, and super friendly. He made my experience the best I had at Goudy, Johan C is one of the best of not the best I ever encounter at Goudy, I have bought several vehicles from Goudy and I have taken my cars for service and he has been the only advisor that has met my needs as a customer.

    Honda has always been good to me. Sadly enough I dropped my car off around 945 and didn't get any calls or notice on how my car was doing. Kinda upset my car didn't start get working on till late. Although I was upset, I talked to Jim the manager and he was able to listen and completely understood my point. He was nice enough to repatch a tire for me with no cost. He was probably the friendliest man there and I will definitely be going back.

    Jim Selheim is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can always count on him telling me exactly what is going on with my car and what service it needs. His staff do a great job of following up and are always friendly.

    It seems that everyone at the service center is happy to be there. They treat you with a friendly manner - that is very nice. I was so happy to find out that I could rent a new Accord for $20/day. This really helped me out when I needed it. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer and because they last so long I have gotten to come to look forward to my trips to the service center. When I only need an oil change, they have an express service which is very smart of them. I don't feel like they are trying to up sell me, they give me the facts and provide good advice. I also noticed that they have the same employees year after year, this is a good sign of a well managed organization.

    Service advisor was very helpful in scheduling a service appointment. The shuttle service was very good to provide transportation to and from our house.

    It was very welcoming, the employees are very helpful, and they make it very easy for me to understand. They also thought of my needs, of getting a rental car for free.

    Its is on time as promised. they are honest and tell me tires rotation is not required at this time even though service manual shows it is needed.

    I like being able to make an appointment with Dane, who is so nice and pleasant. Also when you drive up, the welcoming staff always greets me. The cashier is also so nice. Everyone at Goudy Honda is wonderful!

    Every time I have come in to the service center they always treat me with respect. I used to own a Toyota and I hated taking that thing into service because the Toyota service personal treated me like crap. Moses and everyone else at Goudy had treated me very well.

    Besides being some what out of the way to get to, Goudy's a good place to service your Honda. I primarily take my car there for oil changes because I feel they do an honest job - unlike the horror stories I have heard about Jiffy Lube or EZ Lube. I appreciate the fact they are straight to the point with additional service recommendations without pressuring you. I would recommend taking your Honda to Goudy.

    Since I bought my Honda Accord EX from Goudy Honda, I have brought my cars there for service. I have not had to bring them there for anything other than minor maintenance (oil changes), but I really have enjoyed the experience thus far. Since they have renovated the dealership, they have created a couple of difference rooms where customers with different needs can wait for their vehicle. They have a quiet room, a TV room, typical waiting area with an assortment of magazines, and some nice outdoor seating. I only have 2 minor cons with their service department. I believe they used to have a small play area for children, but when they remodeled they removed this. Additionally, they do such a brisk service business; I some times have to wait a while for my car. However, they do have shuttle service. So, I could return to my house if I need to bring my car in for anything other than an oil change.

    I have taken my cars to a number of Honda dealerships for service and overall they are best. They have even at times provided superior service by driving me to locations beyond their courtesy shuttle service area, I believe their pricing is fair and the work is high quality. With this all said I was disappointed with the service the last two visits because they grossly underestimated the time it would take to service my car. For example, I was told that it would take 3 hours to service my car, but it took 6 hours. And when I checked on the status of the work I was told that it would be done shortly. That is a long time to wait and really irritating
