Inconsistent Service

I have taken my cars to a number of Honda dealerships for service and overall they are best. They have even at times provided superior service by driving me to locations beyond their courtesy shuttle service area, I believe their pricing is fair and the work is high quality. With this all said I was disappointed with the service the last two visits because they grossly underestimated the time it would take to service my car. For example, I was told that it would take 3 hours to service my car, but it took 6 hours. And when I checked on the status of the work I was told that it would be done shortly. That is a long time to wait and really irritating
