Wasting the customers time is a sin. Wasting the customers time on their only day off is even worse. Gaudy Honda lets you book service appointments via their website and that's exactly what I did. I arrived 30 minutes early and patiently waited for a Service Rep to get me checked in etc. for a basic oil change. She proceeded to tell me she would not be able to get me checked in for 3 hours. 3 HOURS. I was at the dealership ON TIME, with an APPOINTMENT and I was told they overbooked. Overbooking is one thing, if it takes 3 hours just to check someone in for a BASIC OIL CHANGE you clearly do not know how to run a service department and should try another field for work. Is Gaudy going to pay for the gas it took for me to drive over? no. Is Gaudy going to compensate me for wasting the time it took to get there, to wait to be seen, and then leave me with nothing? no. I wasn't about to leave the car there just for them to tell me they could need to keep it overnight for a BASIC OIL CHANGE which is supposed to be covered under their own service agreement. I had other things to do on my only day off, and I wasn't going to risk it especially when they clearly cant handle the basics of scheduling management. So, in conclusion if you want to waste your ENTIRE day waiting to be seen for a BASIC OIL CHANGE let alone anything more complex, Gaudy Honda is the place to go!
