Horrible services

Shady way to do business
by Kat & Frank on 04/14/2023We went in due to the check engine light being on. While there, we requested an oil change and tire rotation. Our vehicle was under warranty and we had an extended warranty with a $100 deductible. We signed off on the oil change and the… $100 deductible when we dropped off the truck then we were called to authorize a half hour of labor to fix the roof counsel in the cab. When we picked up the vehicle, we were hit with an additional hour of diagnostic work that we were blindsided with which cost us an additional $179. When we stated that we never authorized this, the response given was “we have your signature”. We simply don’t do business with people or companies who operate this way and would never recommend anyone we care about to an establishment who does. We are so disappointed and will continue to share our story with anyone who asks or will listen.Oil change

by Wayno347 on 03/09/2020Dropped my 2017 Suburban off at 7 a.m. for oil/filter change, air filter change and transmission fluid change. Had to wait at dealership. By 11 a.m. no one from service dept gave me a clue as to what was taking so long. I looked into the… service bay and didn't see my vehicle. Went to service advisor who had trouble looking up my work order on the dealer's computer…asked me twice “how do you spell your name.?” He asks me..." where do you think your truck is?" I told him I dropped it off at 7 a.m. and YOU are asking me where it is? I asked to speak to service manager. She listened, then told advisor to look for truck. Finally showed up at 11:05 a.m. with grease smudges on inside driver's door. I demanded it be removed and informed service manager, she said she would "talk" to the mechanic. I told her this suggests tech has no pride in service, and a customer's vehicle should not be treated in this manner. Bill totaled $283, no military discount offered, no credit for poor condition of my interior. I told manager to remove me from their computer system, as I will NEVER return to O"Reilly. I can't recommend O"Reilly to my Air Force friends at Davis-Monthan AFB either.Tu
by William on 06/13/2019My car kept saying it wasn t in park and would not shut without many attempts. I took it I seven days ago and they replaced shift parts which corrected my problem but now I do not have all my gears. They ordered more which have not come in… for seven days.Thank you Benny

Diagnose problem and you pay that plus the eval fee! . $1300 for cylinder and rear brakes, went around corner and done for $300… (Paid $90 to eval cylinder leak). Nice clean place and adviser very nice, but appears to me like if not under warranty, you'll need to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for work doneNeed to pay more attention to the details and test what you fix
by CharlesB123 on 11/23/2015Brought my 2007 Suburban in for service. I have used Orielly many times in the past and originally purchased the vehicle from them. Problems I was having: Cruise control did not work - upon pickup was represented as fixed but it was… not Rear glass defroster did not work - service rep said they would call my insurance as it was a covered claim but he did not - said that he forgot. Tire monitoring system - replaced a sensor. Then over-inflated tire (instead of 34 lbs was 40 lbs) Spoke to Service Manager (Chuck). He acknowledged issues and apologized. Asked me to bring it back in to be fixed. I will go elsewhere. One other note - this was the second time I have gone to Orielly for a major repair (rear shock replacement), been quoted a price ($1400), went to a competitor (BrakeMax), got a lower price $1100 (all due to labor - they need to get parts from dealer), and Orielly offered to match. I know dealers are more expensive but I wish they would recognize they do have competition and offer a fair price up front. I am instead having the repair done at BrakeMax.transmission

Well...as usual, TOP notch service on Sat. by Service Consultant Michael Shiplett. No hesitant He took care… of my right away and within 1 hour the battery was replaced and I was on my way. Michael was very professional & represented O'Rielly Chevrolet very well!! He is another reason why I come to your dealership!! I recognize that coming in on Sat. without an appointment causes some logistics issues; however, Michael handled it without any sign of disturbance...well done Michael!!!
