    After taliking to Scott about an issue we had with our Traverse, He went far and beond to see that our little issue was repaired in a very timely manner. Scott made me feel like I was important to O'Rielly Chevrolet ! He is an asset to your company. Even while I was waiting on repair's, Saleswomen Mary Jane who sold us the Traverse saw me and came over and greeted me asking about myself and my wife, how we were doing, how we liked our Traverse. Really made me feel like we were important. Told her I was looking for a used truck and she said she would look and give me a call. Really , really pleased with the service and the personal at O'Rielly Chevrolet. Sorry Jim Click, found me a new Dealership

    There is uncomparable comfort at the Orielly dealership auto maint center. the cafe is delicious and the fact that the Mall is at walking distance is perfect. Every time i go for maint, i take the whole family. Its actualy fun!

    I called to set up an appointment. I Was transferred to 3 different people. I told the advisor I had the car diagnosed and what I needed. He said he couldn't accept that as he had to do his own diagnostics. I understand that, but he was sort of rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. Actually, it bothered me all weekend. I took the car in Monday morning. I waited 15 min for the advisor to come and get my car. So far my opinion of your service is that it sucks, but I have no other choice to have my car serviced under warranty. I was told once it could take up to 8 hours and then 4 to 6 hours. I brought two books as I figured I would have a long wait. After two hours, my car was done. Not only that, they washed it. Now O'Rielly is a 10. Paul W

    I took my 2005 Impala in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone I came in contact with from the ladies at your cafe to the young man who brought my car to me when it was finished were very polite and pleasant. William S, my service advisor, has always been polite, understanding and is always willing to answer any questions I may have. Kudos to the wonderful staff you have working in your dealership.

    I am so pleased with Mr., he was truly a unique person and great salesman. No pressure, no aggressiveness, just genuine caring that we bought the best car we could afford. I've always hated the pushy salesmen that want to pressure you into buying something you don't really want, or that treat you like dirt, but Rodney is a high-class gentleman that asks you what YOU want, then tailors his search to show you however many cars you want until you are satisfied. THEN, he walks you through the sale until you get what you need, whether to the Finance people, service, etc. He doesn't just walk off once you buy the car. You can't go wrong if you want a Chevrolet dealer, if you hook up with Rodney! And no, I don't work for them!

    O'Reilly's used car salespeople reinforce the used car salesman stereotype. I made it clear from my first communication with their online dealer that this was a cash sale and that seven to ten days would be required to raise the funds. I was assured that with a down payment, I could do that. When I got there, the car was not even available for a test drive, although the salesperson assured me that everything would be fine 40 minutes before I arrived. When I got there, the online salesperson passed me off to another salesperson. He and the online "manager" did not uphold any of the commitments the online salesperson made to me. In the end, I left, deciding they did not deserve my business. Two out of three of their employees misled me intentionally just to get me into the store.

    Service was completed ahead of schedule and excellently done. That is why my vehicle has reached over 125,000 miles and is still operating like less than 36,000.
