I was scheduled for a 12:00 APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I CHECKED IN AT 11:45 I was told that the mechanics were going to lunch and my car would be serviced when they came back from lunch. I was not happy and told the service advisor so. The car was serviced and I was able to leave around 1:00. Still like you service dept but my time is also valuable.
