Due to a last minute Battery problem on our 2012 Equinox, I called service on Fri. to see if I could get in. Busy, but come on in. Well...as usual, TOP notch service on Sat. by Service Consultant Michael Shiplett. No hesitant He took care of my right away and within 1 hour the battery was replaced and I was on my way. Michael was very professional & represented O'Rielly Chevrolet very well!! He is another reason why I come to your dealership!! I recognize that coming in on Sat. without an appointment causes some logistics issues; however, Michael handled it without any sign of disturbance...well done Michael!!!
