  • I returned the vehicle

    I purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango on a Saturday on Monday the parking light on the right side wasnt working. We took the vehicle back in they fixed it. On Wesnesday the motor check engine came on and I returned the vehicle under the 250 mile guarantee- at first they did not want to takr it back- saying I had surpassed the mile limit after checking the photo taking of the odometer I had not surpassed the mileage- either the salesman or finance manager falsified the mileage on this vehicle. I am still waiting on my refund of my down payment

    Very quick and painless car buying experience. Salesman, Angel A., was very easy to communicate with, very patient and helpful all through the process. They are very transparent with pricing and I feel I got a really fair price on the 2021 Honda Cr-V.

  • Very very bad service!!!!

    The worst service I've ever had, they had me there for over 8 hours to sell me a car, a car that broke not even a month after they sold it to me, now the engine needs to be replaced, DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.

    I worked with associate Pedro Lazaro and he is amazing at his job. I told him exactly what car I'm looking for and he showed me what I liked, he did not try to coax me to a different vehicle and was honest about how Honda features are better then the Accord features. He opened the door for us to look into the interior and once he saw I was hooked, he allowed me to test drive. He did ask if I wanted to test drive the accord but I said no because I like the Honda Civic and he respected my wishes. He got our estimate and my credit to finance done quick and moved us into the finance department to finish up the process. He also asked if I needed help in connecting my phone to the car which is super nice because most dealerships don't do that. In the finance department Samuel Kentowski was amazing, he answered all my questions, got the process done smooth and steady. He made side conversation with me and my aunt to make us feel comfortable and at home. He got me the best apr percentage out there by looking at different credit unions. Overall 10/10 in communication, service, and respect for both Pedro Lazaro and Samuel Kentowski.

    After an unfortunate accident with my old Honda that was considered totaled by the insurance company I needed a replacement After looking at many options including used we ended up at this dealership one more time.     Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I couldn’t find the car I wanted in the Phoenix area (where I reside), but came across my dream in Tucson.     My experience at AutoNation was great, Aaron was the guy to help us. He made it simple and the best part of it, was that he didn't pressure us or give us some sort of time frame to buy. He told us to go and look around if we needed to and said he will be there if we came back. We never left I had done my shopping around prior, but Aaron was recommended by word of mouth. The Explorer is great and we haven't had to take it back for any reason, so I highly recommend them. Especially Aaron although I highly doubt you will get someone bad over there, the staff is awesome!

    John at automation is one of the nicest service men I know. He helped my 91yo mother-in-law and she felt very safe. He put her car on AZ time instead of daylight savings time. He explained everything and she could understand him. He did not suggest unnecessary repairs or charge her too much. Thank you John.

    Battery failed without warning. Got the CRV to Auto Nation shortly before closing. They took the car right in, checked the charging system, replace the battery, and I was on my way inside of 45 minutes. Everyone was very gracious and helpful.
