I returned the vehicle

onI purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango on a Saturday on Monday the parking light on the right side wasnt working. We took the vehicle back in they fixed it. On Wesnesday the motor check engine came on and I returned the vehicle under the 250 mile guarantee- at first they did not want to takr it back- saying I had surpassed the mile limit after checking the photo taking of the odometer I had not surpassed the mileage- either the salesman or finance manager falsified the mileage on this vehicle. I am still waiting on my refund of my down payment
