Unsatisfactory performance

After making a negative input regarding Auto Nation Honda service, Paul, the General Manager called me to correct my problem. He personally became involved in fixing my problem and apologized for my poor experience. He personally oversaw the repair and my problem was fixed immediately. Just wanted to say thank to Paul for a job well done.
Oil change and brake inspection
by Joebr77 on 02/27/2023I was having some scratching noise coming from the brakes. Service tech said pad thickness is fine. Probably just some dust but nothing was done to clean the dust so the noise continued….. for 2000 miles from Tucson to Orlando. Now I’m in… the dealership again to have it fixed only the brakes now pulse when stepped on. So maybe it is worse.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Always seems excessively expensive
by Highlander on 02/21/2023Always leave feeling less than satisfied. This time it was $159 diagnostic fee for a warning light and then $50 fee for misc supplies used. Even with those charges removed it still cost me $600 to replace a solenoid.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. At AutoNation Honda Tucson, my last oil and filter change/thorough inspection of my car, took a fraction of that time and I was on my way. She was friendly, explained what was going to be done in advance, gave me a quote, and told me the estimated time it would take. I… left while my car was being services. She called me to tell me that “she had found a coupon she could apply to my total amount to be paid.” Who does that? Bluetooth unit
by Mar Nelson on 02/04/2023I bought a Subaru Forester in Oct 2022, the Bluetooth did not function properly, so Fausto Campa who sold me the car said that your office will replace the whole Bluetooth radio/phone unit. It took weeks to get the unit in, which turned out… to be the wrong one for my car. So, you ordered another unit. Well that one turned out to be the wrong one again. This time the mechanic took a picture of the back side of the unit so the parts department could be sure they order the correct unit for my car. It has now been 3 months trying to complete this job. The staff working with me are kind, but it is frustrating to have made 2-trips into Tucson and nothing got done. I gave health issues and live 45-minutes away. FYI, Fausto told me there will be no charges for replacing the Bluetooth with a new one. I really hope the next tome I am given a repair date you gave the correct Bluetooth unit for my car.Hello Mar, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. Great service manager, tech issues

They got the car in and did all… the needed diagnostics and repairs. Again, Arturo kept us posted throughout and was even working the following day when we went to pick it up. I told them I drove a car to the dealership and feared that it would get… locked in the dealership overnight so they followed me to the mall to park my spare car.
