Bluetooth unit

I bought a Subaru Forester in Oct 2022, the Bluetooth did not function properly, so Fausto Campa who sold me the car said that your office will replace the whole Bluetooth radio/phone unit. It took weeks to get the unit in, which turned out to be the wrong one for my car. So, you ordered another unit. Well that one turned out to be the wrong one again. This time the mechanic took a picture of the back side of the unit so the parts department could be sure they order the correct unit for my car. It has now been 3 months trying to complete this job. The staff working with me are kind, but it is frustrating to have made 2-trips into Tucson and nothing got done. I gave health issues and live 45-minutes away. FYI, Fausto told me there will be no charges for replacing the Bluetooth with a new one. I really hope the next tome I am given a repair date you gave the correct Bluetooth unit for my car.
