Great service manager, tech issues

onThe dealership had problems with their computer system the day our vehicle was scheduled for service, but our service manager, Arturo, kept in touch with us via phone to let us know how this might impact us. They got the car in and did all the needed diagnostics and repairs. Again, Arturo kept us posted throughout and was even working the following day when we went to pick it up. Good communication helped salvage the frustrations of a technology glitch.
