Terrible attention to detail and absolute refusal to work.
by J Miles on 09/28/2023Trying to get the dealership to repair three small warranty repairs since the beginning of 2023. Without getting into much detail, its now Sept and I've picked up my vehicle to take to another dealership committed to working with me. Tom… Rodriguez is the worst SA I've ever dealt with and his boss Judd is no better. They don't call you with updates and its was my responsibility 100% to track them down for updates. After months on their lot, the only repair was my 12 inch screen. Rhats q 2 hr job at best.. And they installed it broken with two cracks in the screen. I've picked up the truck with the relays and plugs not replaced one time. Another tire rotation and t heycouldn't even bother to check air pressures. The TPMS readouts were all staggered indicating this.. Early on I found and returned a tool left underneath the hood on my engine. And this latest pickup they left a dirty air filter sitting on my backseat and all the aftermarket wiring for camera and phone charger was laying all over the dashboard. You'd think that the vehicle would be returned to you in the same condition is was dropped off. Nope. When I asked the service manager why I was told the vehicle was ready, yet again for pickup. Then showed him the cracked screen, I got a dumbfounded stare and not even an excuse. This is by far the worst RAM dealership in the Valley. I wish edmunds allowed pictures so I could upload the complete debacle which is my vehicle. Stay away from this one.
There is No Service like No service
by Bill on 09/20/2022Made an "appointment" on Thursday for the following Tuesday. It was the first available slot to "get me in". Showed up on time and was told it would be Thursday or Friday before they would even diagnose it. (passenger window had fallen into… the door and wouldn't raise up) SO Right from the initial conversation I was told "we are not responsible" "We cannot even get into the shop until Thursday or Friday" we cannot, we cannot, we cannot... I waited 5 days just to get it in. told it would be 2 or 3 more days before they would even diagnose and order parts. Mike basically just told me to go away. And I did. I am not a Karen, I didn't make a fuss. I just went away and it didn't even phase him.Marshal; If this were the first, second, or even maybe the third time this happened, I would be happy to try to work it out as I did the other three times. Sir, after all we are only human and mistakes happen. But how long should a man repeat his mistakes before he learns you can't fix this? My phone number is in every department of this dealership yet you want me to call you? For crying out loud, I had a "sales manager" contact me when he found I had a "service" appointment to appraise my vehicle while it was being "serviced". SEE what I Mean?! Most time being to busy is a good thing. Just not from my prospective as a customer as I literally got blown off by this "service" rep. Again. I would advise don't waste your time with me. I'm gone for good this time. FYI my vehicle has already been repaired correctly the first time and at a fraction of the cost and with a one year warranty on parts and labor ...

Females beware
by dieselchick1 on 06/29/2015I would seriously give zero stars if I could. I am a younger blonde female, who happens to be a diesel mechanic. They obviously did not know this when I walked in asking for a simple oil change since my mother purchased the "3 changes for… $79" deal for me as a present (I could be off on that price). Point being they ended up telling me I needed my rear axle seals changed and quoted me $429.95 for the work. I went home and put my car on my lift so that I could do it myself. To my dismay my seals weren't leaking at all, it was a blow by valve on the top. These jerks could've gotten away with 430 of my dollars without me knowing if I were some random girl off the road. AND THEN I checked the inspection sheet they mark as they go, and they marked the "I didn't check this because it isn't applicable" for my "Transmission Fluid" slot. Please tell me how my 2005 dodge magnum isn't applicable to have the tranny fluid checked during an oil change? So basically my point is that you should not go here if you'd like to be respected and told truthfully how your vehicle is doing. I hope this helps some young blonde female who is NOT a mechanic of any sort.I would like to apologize for any frustration or miscommunication that may have occurred during this transaction.
