onMade an "appointment" on Thursday for the following Tuesday. It was the first available slot to "get me in". Showed up on time and was told it would be Thursday or Friday before they would even diagnose it. (passenger window had fallen into the door and wouldn't raise up) SO Right from the initial conversation I was told "we are not responsible" "We cannot even get into the shop until Thursday or Friday" we cannot, we cannot, we cannot... I waited 5 days just to get it in. told it would be 2 or 3 more days before they would even diagnose and order parts. Mike basically just told me to go away. And I did. I am not a Karen, I didn't make a fuss. I just went away and it didn't even phase him.

Marshal; If this were the first, second, or even maybe the third time this happened, I would be happy to try to work it out as I did the other three times. Sir, after all we are only human and mistakes happen. But how long should a man repeat his mistakes before he learns you can't fix this? My phone number is in every department of this dealership yet you want me to call you? For crying out loud, I had a "sales manager" contact me when he found I had a "service" appointment to appraise my vehicle while it was being "serviced". SEE what I Mean?! Most time being to busy is a good thing. Just not from my prospective as a customer as I literally got blown off by this "service" rep. Again. I would advise don't waste your time with me. I'm gone for good this time. FYI my vehicle has already been repaired correctly the first time and at a fraction of the cost and with a one year warranty on parts and labor ...
