by Steinbrenner on 01/12/2023The salesman ordered the wrong car. He didn’t get the windows tinted. He didn’t get the car detailed and he wrote up the wrong car for purchase. Why am I giving them five stars? Because three Heroes came to the rescue- Samantha, Tabitha and… Sarah. Samantha took care of a coating on the windshield and she was knowledgeable. Tabitha was incredibly kind. She helped with everything! Plus taught me how to use my car and enjoy its features. Sarah provided a much missed CD player which the salesman didn’t inform us we needed to have put in extra.Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Awesome staff and great cars

The sales associate Emil M was a delight to work with. He wasn’t pushy but gave… us enough time and space to think about the purchase. We wanted to buy a car but didn’t really know which Subaru would be the right one for us. Emil was able to guide us to our brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. It was a pleasure working Ward who made sure we were well taken care of. Miss Samantha Mohan CFS director to care of our finance and Warranty part of the purchase. by Emily on 07/27/2022We went out on a Sunday looking for a 2nd vehicle for our family of 6 we were over at Auto Nation and our first stop was Hyundai to look at the Palisade and then over to Ford to look at the Explorer but didn’t have what we were looking for.… My fiancé found that Subaru made a 7 seat option and we wanted to try and look over there but saw online that they were closed but figured we would just drive by anyways. The gate was opened and decided to just go and look and found people inside and found out they were open! We got paired up quickly with Colton and he was great! He quickly showed us the Ascent and took it for a test drive and we were sold pretty quickly with how smooth the drive was and it even had extra features we didn’t know about such as the Eyesight. Colton was excellent with his knowledge about the vehicle and answered all our questions. He handled my fiancé’s “salesman personality” very well haha as he loves to test people and Colton passed with flying colors! This dealership worked with us with our 3rd party auto loan and all the staff was very hospitable. The only change I would make would be to make sure it says open on Sundays because they almost missed a sale! When it came time to buy a second car, my… husband and I decided on another Subaru and we didn't hesitate to buy from AutoNation. The sales team, including my sales guy Colton Lockhardt, was fantastic. They made ordering from the factory straightforward, upfront with the cost, and updated me with the delivery timeline of the car (which arrived sooner than expected). On delivery of the car, I had a great experience. I had Luis Sosa as my sales person, and I'm pretty sure you won't find anyone out there nicer to help you.… There was no haggling, no hidden costs, no "let me talk to my manager", or any other of the usual annoyances. Darcey did my financing, and she was also wonderful. I was helped by Alex and he was incredibly professional. Whenever he sensed I wasn’t into a car he immediately… backed off and tried to help me make informed decisions in regards to what I did want. I purchased a maintenance contract when leasing my vehicle in PA, therefore, the "No" to the question of… an accurate quote of the work to be performed; also, since no prices were given, I can only assume the service cost was fair, thus a "Yes".Service. Oil change, check fluids and repair driver window track.
