Relaxed atmosphere

First time buying a used car here, last time was another dealer 20 years ago and it was a nightmare. The whole experience was really relaxed, starting with Charles then Ward and ending with Christopher. Great team! Felt great not being stressed or pushed. Thank you and car I purchased is gorgeous and running great!
