Excellent Customer Service

Fred was the perfect example of a customer service professional. His updates were timely and he set up a loaner for me, although the work was completed a lot sooner than expected, so I didn't need it for long. The car needed several maintenance items performed, but he did not try to pressure me into doing more than I wanted at the time, which I appreciated.
