AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale
Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a “Worry-Free” 2014 Ford F-150 from AutoNation Subaru of Scottsdale on May 23, 2025. Less than a month later, multiple certified shops confirmed the truck needed $12,000–$16,000 in major repairs — suspension, turbochargers, cooling system, and high-mileage maintenance — all of which had been identified in an inspection just weeks before AutoNation sold it to me. Despite claiming every vehicle undergoes a “rigorous inspection” and is “ready for the open road,” they sold me this truck without disclosing any of these issues. I notified them on June 16 with full documentation and offered to resolve it privately. They acknowledged the report — and then disappeared. No follow-up. No help. [HTML removed] Buy your next vehicle somewhere else. Don’t make my $18,000 mistake.
